Earth，Wind&Fire，是由Maurice White带领的美国男子演唱组合，欧美70年代著名流行放克组合，对后世音乐影响很大。1969年于芝加哥伊利诺伊州成立。曾获六次葛莱美奖及二十次提名。他们拥有超过五十张金唱片及白金唱片。至今，他们唱片的全球销量超过9000万张。Miles Davis曾评Earth，Wind&Fire为“他的最爱”及“最佳”。Quincy Jones也曾表示他从第一天开始便是Earth，Wind&Fire的超级歌迷。Earth，Wind&Fire成员之一的Ralph Johnson曾骄傲地说：“根据统计，在每1分38秒钟内，全球就会有一家电台播放我们的歌曲”。曾发表作品《September》。
