What A Beautiful Day 乐队从2014年起开始存活在深圳地下音乐圈，准确来说应该是以此名字开始集结一班志同道合的、来自不同乐队成员开始活动（往下以“好日子”简称）。音乐风格：旋律硬核，硬核， 好日子致力以Hardcore（硬核）精神和文化为己任，坐言起行，联结来自世界不同地方的硬核兄弟，以音乐形式推广硬核文化。 乐队深受香港传奇硬核乐队******* ** ****影响（已解散），无论是音乐形式上亦或是人生道路上均对乐队成员影响深远；同时好日子吸收90年代Emo（情绪）和新派Melody Hardcore（旋律硬核）的元素，例如Fugazi、Bane、Comeback Kid、More than life、大话梅、意色楼、戳麻等乐队，坚持粤语创作和演绎，形式独特的中国南方Melody Hardcore风格。
