John Splithoff
John Splithoff，美国芝加哥独立流行音乐唱作人。在听取了朋友的建议参加了学校的一个合唱团的选拔，演唱了Huey Lewis和The News的歌曲《But It's Alright》之后脱颖而出，幸运地成为了合唱团中最年轻的成员。其实Beatles、Marvin Gaye、Huey Lewis&the News等优秀音乐家们并不属于一个音乐流派，但John把他们完美地融合在了自己的音乐中。Billboard称“John”为“a synthesis of old-school soul and contemporary pop”，翻译过来就是“经典的灵魂之声和当代流行音乐的完美融合”，这个评价对于刚出道的John难得可贵。 2014年就发行了他的首张单曲《What If She Wants You》。他在搬到纽约继续创作音乐之后。2016年的5月发行他的大热单曲《Sing to You》，截止18年3月，这首歌已经在流媒体上累计了3000万的播放量了。2017年7月发行又一热单《Show Me》。6月22日，John Splithoff发行自己的个人首张EP《Make It Happen》。
