Thirty Seconds To Mars（30秒上火星），简称30STM，是一组来自美国加利福尼亚州洛杉矶的摇滚乐队，组建于1998年，由乐队主唱、吉他、贝斯、键盘手杰瑞德·莱托以及他的哥哥，鼓手夏农·莱托组成。 2002年，乐队发布首张同名专辑《30 Seconds to Mars》。2005年发布第二张专辑《A Beautiful Lie》，在公告牌的Modern Rockchart（现代摇滚排行榜）上创造了上榜50周的记录，是这个榜单自1988年建立以来停留时间最长的专辑。乐队第三张专辑《This Is War》，全球销量突破500万，之后的309场世界巡演还创下了吉尼斯世界纪录“摇滚乐队史上最长巡演”的纪录。根据2013年5月的统计，30秒上火星乐队的专辑在全球销售已超过1千万张，第四张专辑《Love Lust Faith+Dreams》于2013年5月21日全球发行，亦开启了世界巡演之旅。2017年，获得MTV欧洲音乐奖最佳另类艺人奖。2018年，乐队发行第五张专辑《America》。
