5 Seconds of Summer（五秒盛夏，简称5SOS）是一支2011年12月于悉尼成立的澳大利亚流行朋克乐队。成员包括Luke Hemmings（主唱/吉他）、Michael Clifford（主音吉他/和声）、Calum Hood（主唱/贝斯）、Ashton Irwin（鼓手/演唱）。 首张同名专辑已在世界各地陆续上架，首周销量空降69个国家和地区iTunes专辑榜冠军。 2014年2月，发布了首支单曲《She Looks So Perfect》，歌曲在澳大利亚、新西兰、爱尔兰和英国夺冠。首张同名专辑《5 Seconds of Summer》亦于2014年6月发行。同年12月，发行首张现场专辑《LIVESOS》。他们将于2015年10月23日在全球发布他们的第二张专辑《Sounds Good Feels Good》,并于2016年展开第一场世界巡回演唱会Sounds Live Feels Live，前往亚洲多个地区，包括香港、台湾、上海、曼谷、马尼拉及日本等地，于16年2月19日在日本名古屋开始，于该年10月5日在悉尼结束。截至2019年，他们发行的三张录音室专辑均登顶Billboard 200冠军，成为美国史上第一支前三张专辑都夺冠的乐队。 2022年11月30日，乐队开始了Take My Hand世界巡演澳大利亚站的七场演出，并于2022年12月9日至10日在悉尼歌剧院前院举行了两场音乐会。2024年3月，与Galantis、David Guetta合作发行单曲《Lighter》。
