Decoding the Tomb Bansheebot
Guitar legend Buckethead has once again collaborated with bassist/producer Dan Monti to give us another amazing recording! Decoding the Tomb of Bansheebot was one of Buckethead''s best releases of 2007 and is often compared to the equally amazing Pepper''s Ghost album due to it''s similarities in style. However DtToB continues to expand of the catchier simplistic style of songs that Pepper''s Ghost offered.
Here songs range from fast paced thrash style tunes (Materializing the Disembodied, Killing Cone), to mellow rockers (Ghost Host, Stretching Light House), and to the bizarre (Circarama, Hall of Scalding Vats). Add to that another handful of great tunes including a heartfelt guitar tribute to his late Aunt Suzie (Sail on Soothsayer.)
Decoding the Tombs of Bansheebot is another great wedge from Buckethead showing his great versatility, songwriting, and guitar playing in general. This is definietly one to pick up at all costs. Also remember www.tdrs.com is the official distributor of this album and it is sold for the best price there.
