Sandro is a talented singer/songwriter, who currently resides in Columbus Ohio. His earliest years were spent in Brazil, before he moved to the New York City area. The vibrant Brazilian and urban cultures influenced him both musically and personally. However, it was his life’s experiences traveling across America that gave him a real love of the heartland and enriched his lyrical style. Music has always been Sandro’s passion. Early in his career he fronted many bands and is no stranger to the stage. He was the lead singer for such NJ-famed groups as Razzle, Odd Man Out, and Where’s the Love that both headlined and opened for national acts. A charismatic musician, Sandro taught himself to play guitar and piano and participated in many successful collaborative projects. Sandro thrives on the energy from a live audience, and is in-demand as a singer. However, he prefers to follow an independent musical journey and hone his craft as a performer and lyricist. He has written hundreds of songs based on his own and others’ life experiences that are emotionally transparent and strongly relatable. The combination of Sandro’s insightful lyrics and compelling melodies is a distinctive sound that is both moving and memorable. His music is intimate, personal and connects with people. “It’s important to me that my music is authentic, real and comes from the heart,” said Sandro. Sandro is currently in the studio recording his debut album as a solo artist with the award- winning producer Michael Seifert. Included in his album are collaborations with such talented artists as Joey (Coach) Hanna, Sam Getz, Paxton Liptak, Jimmy Weaver, and Sam Griffin. Early listens of Sandro’s music are building an enthusiastic fan base and earning the respect of industry professionals.
