Courtney Love won't release her double A-side single, "You Know My Name"/"Wedding Day" until May 4th, but the vicious, chugging "You Know My Name" has already premiered on Steve Lamacq's BBC Radio 6 show. The new single is scheduled to drop ahead of Love's upcoming U.K. tour, which kicks off May 11th at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire in London and wraps up the 22nd at the Newcastle Riverside. Earlier this month, Love teased "Wedding Day," as well as a possible reunion with Hole's Celebrity Skin-era lineup, posting a photo of her and guitarist Eric Erlandson hugging on Facebook, tagging bassist Melissa Auf Der Maur and writing "2014 is going to be a very interesting year." The news, though, might've been too good to be true, with Love backtracking a few days later. "We may have made out, but there is no talk of marriage," she said. "It's very frail, nothing might happen, and now the band are all flipping out with me." While the "You Know My Name"/"Wedding Day" single marks the first bit of new music from Love in some time, she's remained busy as ever in recent months. Along with posting her various theories on the whereabouts of missing Malaysian Flight 370 and explaining why she doesn't like Bruce Springsteen (hint: it involves saxophones), Love joined Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl to celebrate Nirvana's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. While Love had said the ceremony might be a tad awkward due to her tenuous relationship with Grohl, the two kept things civil, with Love saying, "This is my family I'm looking at right now. I just wish Kurt could have been here. Tonight he would have really appreciated it."
