His opportunities have mostly come through his background work with gospel artist Rashad McPherson & DivinePURPOSE, his father-former Tyscot Records recording artist, Ronnie "Diamond" Hoard, and alma mater, Berklee College of Music. Moreover, his gift has allowed him to travel to Europe, Canada, and, most recently, the Caribbean. His background role cultivated his leadership skills as visionary of J.
