The Dragon Fist OST was released a month earlier (in June, 1990) than the officially scheduled release date of the OVA. Like the image album released in 1989, the OST music is composed by Kawai Kenji and Hashimoto Maiko and Taniguchi Mamoru both sing a song or two for the OST, as well as Murakami Nichirou, who sang a few songs for the "Blizzard Sensation" album. The OP theme song (track 1) for the OVA is sung by Hashimoto Maiko (who is known for the songs of Rei in Idol Densetsu Eriko) and the ED theme song (track 11) is sung by Taniguchi Mamoru, both included in the OST album.
