Station Zero
Néa returns to the scene with this long awaited album. Producer and friend Michael “The Menister” Weeden adapted to Néa’s rock vibe but kept his funky edge to achieve an original sound. Michael has been travelling the world in search of new sounds, while retaining his deep musical roots. For this album, Néa also collaborated with fellow musician and friend Chamblz (Chemical Kaos & Brinkskill Bomb-Beat). They have a history of writing and recording together, and the results speak for themselves. Although the tracks are all bound by an Electronica influence, the album includes several genres, from Rock to Ballads or Chillout. Nothing however can take you away from Néa’s powerful lyrics, as always drawn from her own life experiences. From the tense undertone yet soft vocals of “Tuesday”, the hard hitting delivery of “Ordinary World”, the dance version of “Memory”, to the sorbet flava of "So Sweet the Silence", you will be taken on a journey into Néa’s world, packed with emotions. Néa’s followers will also be glad to find a remix version of the hit "Release My Dreams", which was saturating the airwaves a few years ago. Néa often jokes: “I know I’m in my own world. It’s OK, they know me here.” Go ahead, join her!
