-Money Man Biography Is "Money” on your mind? Well, if it isn't, it should be. Toronto recording artist Money Man has performed in venues such as China Doll (featured in XXL), Suba Lounge, Flirt Lounge, DNA Lounge, and Opium Lounge all very popular clubs in the (GTA) Greater Toronto area entertainment district. Money Man who now resides in Detroit, Michigan is confidently fitting into the Motor City's decadent musical culture and is following in the footsteps of the most popular urban DJ's, radio personalities WJLB's DJ Don Q, DJ Blast and mix-tape guru DJ Young Mase -just to name a few. Since the release of his first CD "Grindin' and Shinin'" in January 2005 with Toronto native DJ XL for Rock Da House Productions (featured on BET's Rap City) Money Man has found it hard to quench his insatiable thirst for success. With songs in rotation on internet and college radio stations nationwide, "Money" has chosen an alternative method of reaching and connecting with his fans with out the politics often associated with major promoters, radio personalities and record company executives. Fast forward to the Spring of 2008- Money Man has broadened his grasp on the entertainment industry by signing a new media deal with Chev Radio, an independently owned station hosting his radio show entitled "Money for the Honeys" which airs on Chev Radio Monday to Thursday 10PM to 12 AM and Friday 11PM to 1AM (www.chevradioam.com). Money Man is one of Detroit's most anticipated artists and is poised to release his debut album correctly titled "Bottom to tha top" with independent record label Benjamin Verde Incorporated. In this album, "Money" walks and talks listeners through the trials and tribulations which accompany life, love and success. Press reviews are already classifying "Bottom to tha top" a colt classic. The album encompasses all the viable tools needed to inspire, motivate and guide today's youth, as well as a more mature audience, while remaining true to the culture and art form that is Hip Hop.
