His music takes you on an atmospheric hip hop laced journey on the Dance floor, It will free your mind and make you sweat! The Virginia Native Beatsmith is currently on the grind in the ever evolving music culture of Atlanta. He has produced sizzling tracks for several artists including Virginia's Sho Nuff a.k.a. Theodore Caesar, Big Qweezy, and Luv "collectively known as Black Reign". He has also produced remixes for Atlanta's own Lace, Knollo, and Cofa Boy. He has collaborated with artists from the Ruff Ryders. P-lo's music has been featured on Kim Malone's Jazz Nuveaux radio show on Clark Atlanta University's 91.9 fm WCLK, the Big Qweezy radio show on WRVS 89.9 fm Elizabeth City NC, and on the Foxy Fridays radio show on 103 Jamz WOWI in Norfolk, VA. In 2004 his music was the featured soundtrack for Comcast cable channel 25 WAEN's weekly talent show in Atlanta. Mark "P-LO" Roane began his musical adventure in the late eighties as a Deejay at nightclubs and house parties in the Norfolk, Va Beach area of Virginia. From these Disc Jockey roots, he evolved into the inevitable production side of music where he mastered the science of programing electronic drum machines and digital workstations and professional recording techniques. He eventually began to develop his own original Jazz infused Hip Hop and Atmospheric Dance Bangers and integrated them into his party performances to "test the waters". The overwelming crowd responses were all the inspiration He needed. P-lo chose to invest in his passion further and was able to build his own production studio. He finally had a place of his own to further manifest his creative vision. The music you are experiencing today is a reflection of that Vision!
