Notes on the song: "I wrote “twin sister” about loving someone who sometimes has a slightly evil side. You never know if you’ve got the good one or the bad one... I produced and recorded it while I was still writing, which made it all come together very naturally. I wanted to keep it lighthearted and include some good wordplay and twin references, and I’m so happy with how it turned out. Verse two is definitely one of my favorite parts of this song!!"
