Willow is a new 3 piece band from Surrey. They write all their own material focussing on meaningful lyrics and beautiful melodies with 3 part harmonies. They use a variety of instruments: guitar, banjo, ukelele, cajon and egg shaker. The idea for the song "Willow Tree" was to examine life from the perspective of the eponymous tree: the people and events that pass it by and, through it all, how it stands firm, scarred by the memories and emotion that it has witnessed.
