Singer/songwriter Francisco Cespedes has a gorgeous, rich, deep voice and uses it to its fullest in this collection of 11 stylish ballads, all original compositions. The title track stands out with its plaintive piano opening and with the singer's pleading lyrics. "Remolino" has a sexy sway and "Pensar EnTi," previously recorded by Luis Miguel, is a good ol' fashion love song. Strains of light jazz and acoustic guitar support this smart melodic recording which would enliven any casual gathering or hasten an affair between two lovers. Regardless of the Spanish lyrics, this appealing music is universal and so are Cespedes' emotional vocals which anyone with feelings will understand.
